At Lely I was Lead Engineer Embedded Software and Product Owner and developed and launched the next-generation compute modules for all Lely robots, leading a team that grew from 7 to 11 engineers. Today I co-own Motion Dynamics, where I build the complete software stack for industrial machines, from embedded to cloud, using multi-agent AI workflows with strict review and test gates. Engineering since 2009, from Airbus aircraft structures to robots in the field, and hands-on in C++ since 2015.

Progress depends on people sharing one goal. That's how I lead teams.
I started as an aerospace engineer: stress analysis and qualification on the Airbus A380, A400M and NH90. But I wanted to use technology to help Afghanistan, my country of origin.
So I studied how technology drives human development (Innovation Sciences, TU Eindhoven) and how it is used strategically (International Relations, METU Ankara). Then, before writing my thesis, I went to Kabul to help set up the authority that coordinates infrastructure development across five ministries.
Kabul taught me the lesson I still lead by. Progress needs a shared goal, and too often personal, political and national interests pulled in different directions. In engineering, a team aligned on one clear goal makes real progress. So I went back to building.
Machine software and motion control first, then autonomous robots at Lely, where I grew to Lead Engineer Embedded Software and Product Owner, leading the people as well as the product. Today I co-own Motion Dynamics, where I build industrial machine software end to end, and where multi-agent AI workflows became part of how I engineer.

- Shipped the upgraded Central Unit as a senior engineer in a team of 4.
- As Lead Engineer and Product Owner, developed the next-generation compute modules for all Lely robots, designed for compliance with the EU Machinery Regulation, Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2, and launched them as the platform behind AOS-2, the all-new control system of the Lely Astronaut A5 Next milking robot.
- Grew the team from 7 to 11 embedded software engineers (2 hires, 2 transfers), as line manager and technical lead.

Accepted the CTO role at ACGAS (P.C Advanced Composite) and started remotely ahead of relocating. COVID-19 stopped the move and most of the work, after which I joined Lely.
